CMS Lounge have released a new Joomla Template called tem_cosburg (http://www.cmslounge.com/joomla-template/tem_cosburg). This is an excellent template, with a cool creative tableless design and lots of Module positions. It has a colorful homepage, and a simple two-column layout for the rest of the pages.
