The oldest continually-performing community theatre on the West Coast has come into the 21st century with a major overhaul of their website. Until recently, the Ross Valley Players' website was all static HTML, which had been a bear to update as it grew and more Content came online. Once the decision was made to archive the entire 78-year rich history of the theatre online, the need for a powerful and reliable CMS was immediately apparent. One of the best things about it is that once the shows for the current season are added, technically they are already in the show archive, which saves tons of time moving forward. Seventy-eight years of history means around 500 different performances, each of which have photos, cast lists, production staff, reviews, and a myriad of other information all tied to the various performances. There's also an integration with Gallery so members of the press can get the photos and information they need for stories. The Ross Valley Players is located in Marin, just north of San Francisco, CA. Their website is located at: http://www.rossvalleyplayers.com (http://www.rossvalleyplayers.com)
